By creating an account, downloading, accessing or using MessengerSky, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use MessengerSky on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law to use MessengerSky. Where parental or guardian consent is required, you must obtain it before using the Service. You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, safeguarding credentials and activity occurring through your account. Do not create accounts for others without authorization or impersonate another person.
3. Community rules
You must not use MessengerSky to break the law, threaten or harass others, exploit or endanger children, distribute child sexual abuse material, facilitate trafficking, commit fraud, impersonate others, invade privacy, send malware or spam, infringe intellectual-property rights, promote violence or otherwise interfere with the safety or operation of the Service.
4. Content and your responsibility
You remain responsible for content you submit, send or otherwise make available through MessengerSky. You represent that you have the necessary rights to do so. You grant MessengerSky a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide right to host, store, process, reproduce and transmit your content solely as necessary to operate, secure and improve the Service and comply with law.
5. Safety, reporting and enforcement
Users may report suspected violations through available in-product tools or the safety contact page. We may review reports and, where appropriate, restrict content or accounts, preserve relevant information, cooperate with lawful authorities, or take other proportionate action. We may act immediately where reasonably necessary to protect users, children, the public or the integrity of the Service.
6. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed. By using MessengerSky, you understand that technical, security and operational information may be processed as necessary to provide the Service. We may send service-related notices electronically. Marketing communications, where applicable, will be handled according to applicable law and your available choices.

You may stop using MessengerSky at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, repeated or serious violations, fraud, abuse, or protection of users. Termination does not necessarily require deletion of information that must be retained under law or for legitimate security or legal purposes.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MessengerSky will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.
12. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service or these Terms. For material changes, we will provide notice where required by law. Continued use after an effective date means acceptance of the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.
13. Governing law and disputes
The governing law, venue and dispute process depend on the jurisdiction in which MessengerSky operates and mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you. Before launch, this section should be completed with the company’s legal entity, governing jurisdiction and registered business details.
