1. Our commitment
MessengerSky prohibits child sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, trafficking, sexualization of minors and any other conduct or content that unlawfully endangers children. We aim to design reporting and safety processes that are visible, understandable and accessible.
2. Prohibited conduct
Users may not create, upload, request, distribute, store, advertise or facilitate child sexual abuse material; solicit sexual content from a minor; groom or coerce a child; exploit a child for sexual, financial or other harmful purposes; or use the Service to identify, contact or endanger a child unlawfully.
3. Reporting child-safety concerns
Any user may report a child-safety concern. Reports should identify the relevant account, conversation, content or other details where possible. Do not attach or redistribute illegal child sexual abuse material merely to make a report. If a child faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority.
4. Review and response
We may triage reports based on severity and available information. Depending on the circumstances, action may include restricting visibility, removing content, suspending accounts, preserving records, escalating for specialist review and reporting or cooperating with competent authorities where required or appropriate under applicable law.
5. Protecting reporters and children
Reports are handled with care and access is limited to personnel or providers who need it for legitimate safety, security or legal purposes. We do not guarantee anonymity in every circumstance, particularly where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect a person from serious harm.
6. Age-appropriate design
Where MessengerSky is accessible to minors, we seek to use age-appropriate safety, privacy and reporting measures, including clear reporting pathways and privacy-conscious defaults where feasible. Product features may vary by region, age, law and risk assessment.
7. Parents and guardians
Parents and guardians may contact us with legitimate concerns regarding a child’s use of MessengerSky. We may request information necessary to verify authority and protect the child’s privacy and security before disclosing account information or taking account-specific action.
8. Law enforcement and preservation
We may preserve information, respond to valid legal requests and cooperate with authorized agencies consistent with applicable law. Preservation or disclosure decisions may be subject to legal restrictions and safety requirements.
